The Lasswade 10, our annual 10 Mile Road Race will take place at 12.00 noon on Sunday, 2nd March 2014. The race is held over a testing course in Midlothian, however, we endeavour to make this a friendly event and the race attracts runners of all standards; It is also an ideal training run for those contemplating spring/early summer marathons, especially London and Edinburgh.
The course lies to the west of the town of Rosewell in Midlothian which is located seven miles south of Edinburgh. The race comprises a ten mile loop set in a scenic, rural location, run mainly on ‘B’ and ‘C’ class roads and unclassified routes.
