The Cross Country Season is almost upon us with approximately four weeks until the first event which is the East District Cross Country Relays.<\/p>\n
This event takes place on 13 October 2012 <\/strong>at Camperdown Park, Dundee.<\/p>\n If you have not competed in the cross country relays before it is for\u00a0all age groups\u00a0with the exception of\u00a0 Under 11.\u00a0For the boys and girls, each team consists of\u00a0\u00a0one runner from each age group\u00a0(U13, U15, U17) all running the same course over a distance of 2500m.\u00a0\u00a0(NB: There is NO LIMIT on the number of teams that we can enter)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n The senior women is a team of three female runners and\u00a0the senior men is a team of four male runners\u00a0.
