The first of this season’s East District Cross Country league matches took place at Stirling on 15 October 2016. It was a very wet and muddy day but Lasswade AC got off to a great start with some fine individual and team performances. We managed to field complete teams in all age groups with the exception of senior men and women where we picked up some penalty points for the incomplete teams.<\/p>\n

Individual:
\n<\/strong>U11 Girls – Olivia Meikle 5th
\nU11 Boys – Ross Wolfenden 3rd
\nU13 Boys – Harry Henriksen 1st
\nU15\/17 Women – Lauren Dickson 3rd
\nU17 Men – Magnus Tait – 6th<\/p>\n

Team Placings after Match 1:
\n<\/strong>U11 Girls – 3rd
\nU11 Boys – 2nd
\nU13 Girls – 12th
\nU13 Boys – 10th
\nU15\/17 Women – 6th
\nU17 Men – 3rd<\/p>\n

Women and Men both in 23rd place but we can improve this just by having complete teams and not picking up penalty points.<\/p>\n

Well done to everyone who competed for the club yesterday and thanks for turning out on such a wet day!<\/p>\n
