A number of the club’s athletes were representing their schools at the Scottish Schools’ Championships at Grangemouth over the weekend, and returned with four gold medals.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Gareth Fleming<\/span> took double gold in the Pole Vault with a new PB of 2.20m, and the Javelin with a throw of 33.68m.  <\/span><\/span>Gareth<\/span> also finished fourth in the High Jump (1.40m).<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Rachel Robertson<\/span> won the Long Jump competition, beating her previous PB distance five times in a series of jumps ranging from 5.04 – 5.09m.  <\/span><\/span>Rachel<\/span> also ran 13.63s in her 100m heat, and 27.90s in her 200m heat.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Ross Matheson<\/span> claimed the gold medal in the 1500m in a time of 4:06.58.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Francesca Benham<\/span> – Shot Put – 8.32m, Discus – 23.46m, Javelin – 20.42m<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Ashley Boak<\/span> – Discus – 24.06m<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Michael Blackley<\/span> – 100m – 12.25s, 200m – 24.61s.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Erin Feeley<\/span> – Shot Put – 8.44m<\/span>. <\/font><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
