As some of you may know Guy Learmonth qualified for the European Indoor Championships taking place in Prague in a few weeks time. Dave Hand sent Guy a message of congratulations on behalf of the club. Dave asked me to put Guy’s response on the website for everyone.

What a week I’ve had but now to stay focused and continue training hard for another 2 weeks before the Europeans. Was wanting a lot more believe or not as race was very scrappy for me but I’ll take it for now and puts me in good stead for Prague.
Thanks again for all your support and it was amazing becoming British Champ in the Lasswade colours!!!
