Despite the track season now well under way, there were still a couple of Cross Country competitions recently where Lasswade’s athletes performed brilliantly.
Saturday 25th April saw the Scottish Primary Schools XC Championships take place at Kirkcaldy High School.
Finlay ran the perfect race to win the P6 race in a time of 6:38, with Nathan finishing 8th in the same race with a time of 7:04.
Isla H was 22nd in her P7 race with a time of 8:04s.
Nathan also took part in the Edinburgh Schools XC Championships just 2 days later and was victorious in the P6 boys race.
Well done to you all (hopefully we haven’t missed anyone – it’s always harder to spot athletes when they’re not in club colours!)
